It contains a teeny pantyliner, mini pantyliner, minipad with 2 liners, 2 maxipads with 4 liners, mesh laundry bag, candle, soap and organic essential oil in a large jute draw-string bag which can hold your kit between periods. We include a first period booklet which explains a more natural way of dealing with periods.
