Refunds and Exchange
You have a 14 day 'cooling off period'. During this period, you may return goods in saleable condition for any reason whatsoever. This notice shall be deemed to fulfil Pink Robins obligation to inform you of your rights and all orders will be accepted on the understanding that you have been so informed. If the items are faulty/damaged please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you will be asked to return them to us. If they have not been used, we will issue a replacement or refund. Please examine your goods carefully on receipt before use. Please do not return used items.
Mooncups, SeaSponges, and Natracare products must be returned without the seal being broken.
In addition you may return your purchases in their new and re-saleable condition within 28 days and we will send you a replacement, or refund you the purchase price (excluding P&P). Please quote your invoice number, name and address with all returns.
We cannot refund or credit washed/used sanitary towels.
When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a free 'proof of postage' certificate from the Post Office. Any refund will be in the form of the original payment.
